Community Bank Altona and Laverton
Community Bank Altona and Laverton is committed to developing partnerships that assist in achieving positive community outcomes.
We started our Community Bank company in 1998 with the idea that we can ensure access to banking services for our local communities but also ensure that a portion of what we earn is distributed back to the community. By doing this, we aim to strengthen the social and economic fabric of our local community.
Our Community Bank Altona and Laverton have been supporting our community for over two decades. Since opening our first branch in Laverton in 2000, we have contributed almost $7M back to the community in the form of grants, sponsorships, donations and dividends. Our community investment funding is made possible by the profit generated from banking services provided at our branches.
We recognise that to create a successful and sustainable business, we need to facilitate a successful and resilient local community. As such, we invest in local organisations that are committed to building and strengthening our community.
At our Community Bank Altona and Laverton, we believe in the power of local investment to foster growth and resilience. We believe that together, we can create a stronger economy and a more connected community, one relationship at a time.
We’re not just a bank, we are neighbours and collaborators, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our community.
